The Embryo-New Moon

embryoWhere are we now? The first New Moon of spring. The holding and nourishing of that which will be planted, the embryo. To be nourished with love and light, good thoughts and intentions. The sun’s rays holding the seed, the embryo, feeding it with its magic. The potential so great! The time is not to plant but to nourish. Nourish the thoughts and feelings that are the food for our Spirits and hearts.

Learning patients, giving and receiving are the lessons of this time. The patients to give consistently, slowly but surely, the food that will help us create beauty and sustenance for the seed, the embryo, that waits to be planted. The patients with ourselves and the ability to receive the thoughts and feelings of that which needs nurturing and allowing  that which is needed in, to receive with grace and ease.  The patience to allow the seed, the embryo to grow in its own time, in its own way. To strengthen our determination to become that which we were destined to be.

To become the Master of our destiny, to recognize ourselves in all of creation. To give Love and Light to all that is.

Full Moon Spring Equinox

EAQUINOX Where are we now? Full Moon and Spring Equinox! I am looking forward to it feeling like spring! Time to begin the planting. What gifts are we going to bring forth, what dirt will we plant the seed in, what will nourish the seed? With the cosmos sending energy of change, growth, and great possibility, it feels like we cannot create anything but beauty. The emptiness since the New Moon has been expanding making reality feel thinner and thinner. It is a bit unnerving, am I still here? If there have been changes what are they, how have they manifested? Oh yeah, I am the Creator, the Manifestor. So, what will I fill the void/seed with?

The Equinox is the great example of balance.  The balance needed to create the seed of conception, the balance of the feminine and masculine, together generating creation. What will be added to the seed, bringing it higher and closer to your authentic self?  Having let go of that which no longer serves, visualize giving it to the turkey vultures to metamorphose it into food, to nurture that which will be. The full moon has blessed the seed with the spark of vitality and fertility, the sun incubating the seed, energyzing it to its potential. Perfectly balanced, ready to sprout forth that which we have created, that which we have put into the seed. Then, fully charged with our heart’s desire, our love,  blooming forth into reality.

Let us be the conscious creators, the forerunners, and the makers of the future of this planet. We have the knowledge, the power and responsibility to create a world that is beautiful, good, and balanced. When creating your seed have a healthy and vibrant Earth be the backdrop, with clean air and pristine water. All on Earth living as One, on the path of beauty, of love and light.

HAPPY SPRING!!! BLESSED SPRING!!!

The Conception-New Moon

Where are we now? Today is the New Moon. This is the moon of the Spring Equinox.  Yesterday it felt like there were leaves falling off of me everywhere I went, like the husks on corn, I left a path of them.  What no longer serves just falling away, something emerging.  It is continuing today, the feeling is that what will be left will be the seed that will be planted at the Equinox. Conception of the seed of conception.  It feels really important to open to that which cannot be imagined, this is what it is really is about.  There is a surrender attached to this, hope/faith that this is it. It is a strange feeling, exciting, as I am ready for a major shift, scary, as a part of me likes to know what is coming. I believe this is the magic of creation, bringing the forces of the cosmos together with the force of will, as Creator, to create the seed of potential. Or is the seed the potential? Is this the chance to intuit the need of my Spirit, to live authentically and to live wholly (holy?)? Is this not a need of everyone? I believe so.  There is beautiful light attached to all of this, I feel it beneath the layers, illuminating the seed within.

This new moon feels like a moon of balance or balancing, cutting the ties that bind, allowing for that which cannot be imagined to become real or possibly reality. The necessity for openness; open to potential, to a completely new paradigm of being. Wow wow!! I ask for the ability to recognize the gifts as they are offered and the faith to jump. I ask for the ability to create a garden where the seed may grow strong and true. I ask for the ability to offer this gift to all, so that their gardens are ready for their potential, ready for the conception of the seed of conception.

Imbolc/Candlemas-February 2nd

new yearctsha
Imbolc/Candlemas- February 2nd

Where are we now? It is the time of the Quickening.  So it begins again, as it has since the beginning of time. The warmth of the sun touches that which is below, a gentle touch, to begin the process again. Now is the time to contemplate the commitments of this New Year. What new seeds are you going to create, to be planted at Spring Equinox? What initiations are you willing to go through?  Can you find space in your heart for a commitment to our Mother Earth?  The stars and planets are aligned to help us in this commitment; there will be no resistance. As the Serpent Power stirs, the sacred wells are awakened; the power of healing is strong.  Let’s create a powerful, healing and love filled community, one that is committed to the work of the Collective, the healing of each other and the Earth.

Now is the time to open your heart and Spirit, to each other and the Cosmos. Bring forth your magnetic energy, to form a circle of love, hope, faith and wellbeing. Call forth your teachers, your guides, let them inform your Spirit, allow them to create that which you have always wanted, needed and hoped for. This is a call for all to come forth and create for the highest good of all. This is a call for you to be you, in all of your splendor.

2014 Where Are We?

Wednesday, January 15th, is the first full moon of 2014. Where are we? The year started with the new moon on January 1st. I believe this is a very good sign for the work of 2014, and the wonders to come. It speaks of a balance of the heavens and earth, the coming together of that which is above and that which is below. This year’s theme for the We’Moon calander is Radical Balance. They introduce balance in many different ways, each reinforcing a coming together and balancing of forces. Beginning the New Year with a new moon seems to reinforce this idea beautifully.  Incorporating the many different aspects of balance in new and inspired ways for the health of  the planet and all that is sustained by it, feels right and true. The idea of balance of the mind, body and spirit with the collective and the heavens is a calling for all. Those of us that are sensitive to the energy around us know this well, and have been striving for this balance for the last few years. According to astrologer and energy worker Marcus Mason, our attention to right relation is the main focus of the year, a vital type of balance. He speaks of using intelligent rational and intelligent intuitive for this purpose; yet another sort of balance. This feels three dimensional versus linear, a widening of our radar, to become and work within the Whole. The Peruvians use the word Ayni or scared reciprocity, to describe right relations, if you receive you must give back, if you give you will receive, a beautiful form of balance.

Much like the Lakota idea of Mitakuye Oyasin, all our relations, it really is the most natural state of being.  It is the concept of the good of all, for all.  When this is lost, imbalance is the consequence, that black hole that is never full, always needing something to be filled, never satisfied, never fulfilled. It is disconnect. The whole is disconnected from itself. I believe this is the current state of our culture. Complete disconnect. We are disconnected from each other, from our selves, from the earth, from the cosmos and our natural state of being, complete imbalance. If there has ever been a time when regaining balance is important it is now. The good news is the cosmos is going to be in position to move us along in this direction. Now is the time to open your heart, be aware and grateful for all that you have, begin living reciprocity, find that sacred balance, live life with love, for yourself and others. Let the fullness of this moon bring this fullness, this balance, into your consciousness fully.

Wonders of the Season

cernunous

It is magic; a cold frosty morning with a bright moon lending a silver shimmer to everything. The wonders of the season.

In my yard this morning was a young buck. What a gift it was to watch him scratching himself on a thorny, dried up plant, and then just stand there, checking out the morning. He stood for the longest while, just looking around. My first thought was of Cernunnos, the hunter. I learned about Cernunnos this last summer while in England and Scotland. We are at a time when we all have to hunt for that which is real and true within our lives and ourselves. Not just for ourselves but for humanity, the Earth, all our brothers and sisters, all our relations. This includes the birds, the trees, the stones, the animals, the swimmers, the creepy crawlers, all our relations. Like the buck, we need to stop and take the time to be, be here now, in the present moment, just sit and ponder the wonders of our lives here on earth, and then give thanks and gratitude for all the gifts and lessons.

The beauty of the masculine also struck me. Although he was young, he stood with his head held high, his body relaxed, at ease. According to some the medicine of the deer is gentleness. Do we allow our masculine natures to be gentle? Can we allow our masculine natures to be gentle? It brings to mind Dagda, the Irish Bull God. He was a strong leader and caretaker of his people, but he was also gentle and at times vulnerable. Dagda didn’t battle against his vulnerabilities, instead he allowed them and at times laughed at himself. He loved the Goddess with all his heart. He didn’t want to possess her, nor control her, but recognized the balance that their relationship offered and that vulnerability was an aspect of the relationship that allowed it to grow stronger and together they were wiser.

The buck didn’t leave until my dog went outside. He had meandered down to the bottom of the yard where he stood for the longest while. Upon hearing the dog he was gone, two leaps and disappeared. Blessed is the deer who comes to remind us of gentle contemplation, of standing in our masculinity with the strength of heart.

Winter Solstice

Winter Solstice. The Darkest Day of the Year.

The betwixt and between time, that magic time of not there anymore but not there yet. It is a time of being in and with shadow. We live in a culture that is afraid of the dark, unwilling to consider shadow; keeping the light burning bright, until we burn out! Shadow can be one our greatest teachers. When we look into our shadow place we see the things that stop us from growing and changing, the things that stop us in our tracks.  These are the things that we need to look at closely, for to do so brings light, understanding and growth. The sun has generously given us time to hunker down, take time to mull things over, to take note. With this new information we can begin the process of conception. Until then, let’s take the time to be with shadow, let that which no longer serves melt away, leaving room for that which you cannot image!

Where Are We Now?

Where are we now? We are at the beginning of a 26,000-year cycle.  It is a most exciting time to be alive. Confusion? Oh yeah, plenty of that! What has worked in the past only confuses and messes things up now. How do we find our new place? Slowly and carefully. This is a time of authenticity. There is no room for false pretense, and untruths of any kind. Our true selves are needed to help our planet evolve. Our sense of community, our connection to each other and this planet are needed in their highest forms of expression.  It is a time to dig deep within us, find our authentic beings, the part that is desperate to grow and transform.  And with love and patients become that which we are destined to be.

All of the information within this site offers the tools to do all of the above, whether it is a workshop, a pilgrimage or a beautiful piece of writing. This is the time to open your heart. This is the time to become the authentic you! Find yourself and find your heart. You are the one you have been waiting for.
